Your room will be available at Gasthof Löcker starting at 2.00 pm on the day of your arrival.

We ask that you vacate your room by 11.00 am on the day of your departure.

During your stay, you’ll have access to free Wi-Fi throughout the building, and water, electricity, and heating are, of course, included.

The following services can be added as optional extras to your stay in the rooms and vacation apartments:

• Breakfast buffet daily from 7.30 am – 10.00 am with meats, cheeses, spreads, a variety of jams, honey, cereals, milk, yoghurt, eggs, a selection of juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, ... 
• Half board with breakfast buffet & 3 course evening menu, which can you put together yourself from our half board menu (Bookable from 2 nights onward)
• Bread roll service in the apartments

Our hotel features a cozy à la carte restaurant. We have a ski storage room with a boot dryer for your ski gear, and a parking area in the garage for bicycles. Motorcycles can be conveniently parked in our designated parking area.

We are happy to provide cribs and high chairs for families upon request. In addition, children staying in their parents’ room are eligible for attractive discounts.

Yes, the Salzburger Sportwelt Card is included free of charge during your stay at Gasthaus Löcker. This gives you access to a wide range of discounts in the towns of the Salzburger Sportwelt (Radstadt, Altenmarkt-Zauchensee, Flachau, Wagrain-Kleinarl, Eben, Filzmoos, St. Johann/Alpendorf). You will receive the guest card upon your arrival.

Yes, the resort tax is included in the price.

For a one-night stay, we charge a surcharge of €3 per night per person.

For a double room used by one person, the surcharge is €10 per night.

Room cancellations are on valid in writing:

• cancellations up to 1 month prior to arrival: no cancellation fee
• cancellations 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 80 % of the booked holiday price
• cancellation within the last week prior to arrival: 90 % of your booked holiday price
• in the event of no-show: 100 % of your booked holiday price

Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of late arrival and early departure cancellation fees will be charged. Anything can happen (illness, accident...). Therefore, we recommend you take out Travel Insurance.

There is a safe available in your room for valuables and cash. For a deposit of € 10,00 you receive a punch card for your safe. When you return the punch card, your deposit will be refunded.

Animals are not allowed.
