Arrival: after 3.00 pm (Saturdays); Departure: by 11.00 am (Saturdays)
Payment
When booking a deposit of € 100,- is required by bank transfer.
You are kindly requested to pay the remainder in cash on the evening prior to departure.
Cancellation conditions
Room cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 3 months before arrival no cancellation charges are incurred. A cancellation fee of 3 days will be charged in the event of cancellation within 1 month of arrival. For cancellation less than 1 month before arrival or early departure a charge of 80% of your booking will be made. Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Travel insurance
A booking is a purchasing agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure cancellation charges will be made. Anything can happen (illness, accident). We therefore recommend you take out holiday insurance.
Additional holiday information
There is a safe in your room for storing valuables and cash. A refundable deposit of € 10,- is required for the key. The restaurant is located on the ground floor.
To avoid losing your room key, for a refundable deposit of € 10,- we offer guests a chip, which can easily be attached to your car key or jacket. Deposits refundable prior to departure on return of chip or card.
